1. This site does not use cookies

travel.memovia.co does not install any non-essential cookies: no analytics cookies, no third-party tracking pixels, no advertising cookies. The only piece of data kept in your browser is the language preference described in section 2.

For this reason, this site does not show a cookie consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.

2. Language preference

To remember the language you choose (Spanish, French or English), we store a single entry in your browser's local storage (memovia.lang). It is not a cookie, it is not sent to any server, it cannot identify you and it is not used for analytics or advertising: its only function is to stop the site choosing a language for you again on every visit. As it is a preference strictly necessary to provide you with the service in the language you asked for, it does not require prior consent. You can delete it at any time from your browser settings.

3. Payment with Stripe

Payment for the booking takes place on the Stripe Checkout pages, an external service hosted on Stripe's domain. During the payment process, Stripe may use its own technical cookies, necessary to process the transaction securely and to prevent fraud, in accordance with its own cookie policy. Those cookies belong to Stripe's site, not to travel.memovia.co.

4. Changes to this policy

If in the future this site were to include cookies requiring consent, this policy would be updated and the corresponding consent mechanism would be added before installing them. You can also read our privacy policy and the legal notice.
