Subscription terms

1. Purpose

These terms govern the booking of a place for the setup of Memovia Travel through the website travel.memovia.co, owned by Marketing y Social Media SOLOMARKETING SLU (CIF B65616211, C/ Maria Cubí 28, 08006 Barcelona). By completing the booking you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

2. Price

The price of the booking is €3.99 (VAT included), in a single payment processed securely through Stripe Checkout. No additional charges or subscriptions are attached to the booking.

3. Booking process

1. You fill in the form on the home page with your name and your email.
2. You receive an email with the link to complete the payment for the booking.
3. You make the €3.99 payment through Stripe Checkout.
4. You receive a confirmation email once the payment is recorded. Your place is reserved at that moment.

4. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from the payment of the booking to withdraw without having to give any reason. To exercise it, write to us at hola@memovia.co stating the email you used to make the booking. The refund is handled manually through Stripe, using the same means of payment, within a maximum of 14 days from your notice.

6. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply.
